This is an update to the readme file to make the installation instructions more detailed and easier to follow for blind screen reader users. It separates out instructions for installing manually, using the auto update script, and steps that must be followed regardless of which installation method the user chooses. It also updates the overall formatting of the document in order to better meet markdown best practices including line spacing between headings and text as well as enclosing bare URLs inside of link tags.
I'm a blind player and had some difficulty with following the installation instructions, so I decided to give them an update so other blind players can have an easier time getting up and running.
