Teacher role and editable databaas assignments

The create dictaat button is removed when you are not a teacher
You can now always edit and submit database query's via the database component, even if you already completed the assignment.

Release 1.0.2 - Bug fixes and copy dictaat

On the client application a few visual bugs have been fixed and a segment has been added to the settings page to copy a dictaat.
