@sinedied @SandraAhlgrimm @jdubois I've created a separate frontend using Quarkus + Quinoa. Have a look at it. The advantage is that we use a normal
mvn packageto package the UI (Quinoa deals with the npm install). Let me know what you think. If it's ok, I'll document it.
