This PR updates the shared SDK-automation configuration (eng/swagger_to_sdk_config.json) consumed by the spec-gen-sdk / swagger-to-sdk pipeline. It wires up two SDK breaking-change options: it adds sdkBreakingChangePatternFile (pointing to the mgmt breaking-changes guide) and renames the existing getSDKChangesScript option to getSdkChangesScript.
