If you are using Docker on MacOS, it is recommended to add `--platform linux/amd64` to the docker build command.
The command will be as follows:

```bash
docker build --pull --rm -f "DOCKERFILE" --platform linux/amd64 -t devguidebackendapi:latest "."
```

This is because by default, MacOS generates a Docker image for linux/arm64. However, linux/arm64 encounters errors when being up/provisioned in Azure Container App.

5. Lastly, run the container in Docker Desktop using the following command.
