Add focused SKILL.md for Quicknode RPC and onchain data access across Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, and Unichain. x402 pay-per-request leads as the recommended access method for autonomous agents. Include agent-relevant reference docs from quiknode-labs/blockchain-skills (marketplace add-ons, RPC, DAS API, Yellowstone gRPC, HyperCore, SDK, and updated x402 reference with @quicknode/x402 package support).
