FClip - applying trimming to SFF files

FClip is part of the biosff library, and provides options to clip the reads in an SFF file for quality, adapters, or the initial four-letter key. It optionally allows removal of reads that are empty (i.e. contain no sequence data) after clipping. See --help for details.
