Adds more end-to-end test cases to check for precise metrics results, non-git dependencies flagging and handling duplicates. Separates unit from end-to-end tests so they can be run on different workflows: `poetry run python run_tests.py end_to_end` or `poetry run python run_tests.py unit`. This PR adds more end-to-end test cases to check for precise metrics results, non-git dependencies flagging and handling duplicates. It also separates unit from end-to-end tests so they can be run on different workflows.
