Reset testsuite tolerances to zero #401

This PR resets all testsuite tolerances to zero, such that all results need to be bit-identical to the references to pass the test. This is meant as a fresh start after the references update from PR #400.

@stelliom It should be possible to delete the files entirely if no tolerances are required.

I just wanted to keep them in case at some point I will need to add some tolerances again. This way I still have a template.
