Need to setup a kubecron job to gather and dump metrics from ocpt-test cluster to s3

I created a cronjob that runs on the nerc-ocp-test cluster to collect metrics from thanos and dump them into a new bucket nerc-ocp-test on backblaze.

@naved001 or @QuanMPhm would the next step be to create an issue to generate a new csv when running the invoice data for ocp-test?
