Documentation received revisions in PR #250 Integrate those revisions from the files where the text originated and was revised into the reorganization done within this PR - Python virtual environment and config file documentation moved to `1_setup/omeka_setup.md` - Field definition override instructions moved to `2_customize/omeka_overrides.md`
Multiple documents have information on errors encountered. Trying to make the header name for these sections more consistent in the hope they are more easily found.

So far this mostly consists of improvements to Omeka related documentation so it merges into the Omeka branch
