What Does This PR Do?

A POC prototype demonstrate how to include Inferno tests as part of BB2 integration tests:

Run inferno test against a local BB2 server
Run inferno test against a remote BB2 server (deployed to PROD, LLE)
Run inferno test as a stage in CI checking
