Added Jupyter notebook application

• Created Jupyter notebook application that can ask user for artist name and track name (song).
• If artist name is found, ask for track name (song.
• If song is found, generate the list of Top 20 most similar and 20 least similar songs based on sentiment scores.
• If user wishes to play the the application again, or if the user needs to re-enter the inputs, the cell can be executed again by clicking run.
