can this dcache struct handle RECT? :o, because there is some code that casts this as RECT or char* for text, maybe including them on the union can work, im doing some scratchpad cleaning, do you mind if i copy your struct for my PR?

Also convert scratchpad stuff to use the one and true and only scratchpad, similar to how data/sdata can be accessed.
