Adds #128
Shows an inbound-link warning in the delete-confirmation modal when a prompt node has response nodes linking to it, so the user knows those links will be severed (set to 'End of Dialogue') before confirming. No change to the underlying cleanup behaviour.
Also introduces the first unit-test setup in the repo (Vitest), with tests covering the new delete-flow logic.
