Adds the first pass of conversation assist drafting for ConverseTek. This includes the draft modal, model settings, prompt diagnostics, validation, and the cast personality rules used to keep generated dialogue closer to the intended BattleTech voices.
The cast personalities are workspace editable, with default BattleTech crew guidance stored in config/ai-personalities.json so it can be changed without hard-coding the voice rules into the app.
