This PR improves the "Needed For Roles" column in the Family Screen V2 requirements table by preventing large role lists from expanding row height. The table now displays up to 3 role chips and summarizes any additional roles with a +N more indicator that reveals the remaining roles in a tooltip. The implementation reuses the application's existing overflow pattern and does not change any business logic or requirement behavior.
