Syncing with my own copy of starnames.dat. IAU names have already been added by Chara.
I'd think Proxima Centauri should still use the abbreviated constellation name, but surprisingly "Proxima Centauri" does not select "Proxima Cen" in Celestia like Bayer/Flamsteed/variable star designations do. Maybe that should be corrected in the codebase, but I'll leave the name as is for now.
