시크릿 파일 보다 쉽게 관리하기 위해 base 64 로 인코딩 후 secret으로 설정해서 image에 추가하는 방식으로 변경하였습니다. 또한, rds 연결로 비용 절감을 고려했습니다. docker compose.yml 파일을 로컬에서 보다 편하게 관리 가능하도록 설정하였습니다..
