I am a bioinformatician passionate about analyzing omics data, applying machine learning, and building reproducible pipelines. My long-term goal is to contribute to research that helps slow down aging and understand the molecular mechanisms of age-related diseases.
I’m currently working at Boston University on Alzheimer’s disease research. My projects involve:
- Pathway analysis and modeling using GSVA, fgsea, and linear regression (manuscripts in preparation)
- Cell cell interaction analysis (manuscripts in preparation)
- Spatial transcriptomics analysis using Visium and MERFISH data
- Languages: R, Python, Bash, R Shiny
