…projetés inline Remplace D3.js + TopoJSON CDN + world-atlas fetch par des paths SVG statiques pré-projetés (geoMercator scale=700, center=[0,9]) pour les 12 pays d'Afrique de l'Ouest. Supprime la dépendance réseau qui bloquait le rendu dans les iframes sandboxées (CSP). La carte, le tooltip et le filtre par pays fonctionnent désormais sans aucune connexion externe.
