Add agenttrace session audit skill

Summary

• Add an agenttrace Session Audit skill under Agent Skills / Development.
• Update README links for the new skill.
• Keep current lint tooling green by disabling MD060 for existing skills tables and trimming three pre-existing no-repeat descriptions.

Note: local awesome-lint still reports GitHub topic checks against the fork context, while the upstream repo already has the required awesome/awesome-list topics.

Trimmed the PR to the intended scope only: one Development listing plus the agenttrace skill file. Removed the unrelated README wording changes and the markdownlint config change; markdownlint-cli2 README.md skills/development/agenttrace-session-audit/SKILL.md passes locally.

Refreshed the skill metadata description to match current agenttrace parser coverage, including Qwen Code, Cline, Cursor exports, OpenClaw, Pi, Kimi CLI, and JSON/JSONL traces.
