Description

• Updated CategoryCard to remove unnecessary styles and improve text overflow handling.
• Modified ReportCard to adjust layout and ensure consistent display in both condensed and expanded modes.
• Added new props for handling "not found" messages in ReportsList, including customizable title and subtitle labels.
• Updated snapshots for CategoryCard, ReportCard, ReportsList, and ToolkitList to reflect the changes in structure and styling.
• Enhanced ReportFilters to support additional styling options and improved filter application logic.
