Description

This PR integrates RoboShield to the Central CMS, the implementation is done by switching from Payload Local API to Rest API. This implementation requires minimum changes to the codebase thus ensuring a smooth migration to the central CMS.

Currently the application lacks the ability to parse content from Lexical Rich Text and images. Thus the PR is left in Draft mode until these two issues are resolved.
