This will be good validation we don't break anything, but just a note to ourselves that this repo doesn't make use of the component-level building yet. Not sure if it'll make sense to adopt at some point, we'll see.

For added context, the Components parameter available in most of our build scripts was first used in CI over in Labs via CommunityToolkit/Labs-Windows#647 to test incremental component updates. These parameters have been manually usable since they were added, though only exposed via pwsh and not bat.
