WIP Add mobile wallet support to the allowlist faucet

Purpose

WIP - qr code appears, but details are not correct, testnet wallet rejects the connection. Needs to be fixed
Add mobile wallet support to the allowlist faucet

Changes

Use @concordium/wallet-connectors and @concordium/react-components instead of a manual setup for the web wallet and mobile wallet, thus adding support for the mobile wallet.
