Add all images in old and new registries for 1.22.13

For now informational pr to get all images for 1.22.13 pulling and updating. We won't merge this as yet but we will need these images updating for the future.

Testing

Validated on Caleb with a custom manual manifest install

Tested on:

• <development system>
• Local development environment
• Virtual Shasta Caleb

Test description:

Installed Caleb off 1.4.0 alpha 33 into pit mode then installed a custom manifest with these images.

• Were the install/upgrade-based validation checks/tests run (goss tests/install-validation doc)?
• Were continuous integration tests run? If not, why?
• Was upgrade tested? If not, why?
• Was downgrade tested? If not, why?
• Were new tests (or test issues/Jiras) created for this change?
