Description

Use latest version of lru-cache. Our semver pinning was too restrictive so this hadn't been updated in a while.

👍 Thanks @alanorth ! This looks good to me. Also tested that SSR caching is still working an it appears to be. Backporting this also to 9.x as it should backport cleanly.
