Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid), [@sentry/nextjs](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript) and [resend](https://github.com/resend/resend-node). These dependencies need to be updated together.
