changed thorn rose recipe output from 1 to 4 thorn roses
Ironberries easier to process, and gave Tiny Lead Dust more processing options for convenience.
made the recipe for Ale Wort easier to find in JEI, and added a new fluid "Sugar Water" for use in Ale Wort fluid processing with NuclearCraft.
Credits to cxo for actually knowing Chinese
Previously only oak wood could be used in crafts affected by this PR. This commit also tidies up the changes, making them more consistent with the style of the pack.

Hides Mekanism, Tiny Progressions, and Chisel charcoal blocks from JEI, and makes Thermal Foundations charcoal blocks the default crafting recipe, fixing #268. Other charcoal blocks can still be accessed through Chisel.
