Continue fixes of #696, which I just fixes linter errors & to add some conditional compilation for
musltarget, since it has different behavior from when I executed the unit-testsI also ran
cargo-sortcommand to re-format some dependencies, since otherwise the unit-tests will also fail to run since it'll check for the format
