- Add comprehensive UserGuide component with sections for Base/Celo access, rewards breakdown, and verification
- Create /userguide page route
- Update litepaper: remove soulbound references, update token sections, verification system
- Update hero section: change tagline to uppercase with Bebas Neue font
- Update UseDeCleanupToday: fix card content and links
- Update NetworkRoadmapSection: fix attribution to Hem Japan
- Update NavLink: change USER GUIDE to internal route
