Hand-curated the Iceland (authentic patronymics) and Mongolia rosters with on-rhythm original/CC0 names (structure intact; still validate/select). Appended ~30 original lines to thin commentary categories via an append-only _EXTRA merge (no category emptied). 4 unit tests + 3 playtest invariants (gate now 71). Gate green (ruff + mypy 64 files + 182 tests + playtest 71/71). ADR-0032. Completes M013. Closes #82 Closes #84 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
