VSCode Theme Samples
The XPath-Embedded VSCode extension uses Semantic Token types for syntax highlighting.
Where token types are not supported by themes, the extension configuration maps the token types to TextMate scopes that are more commonly supported by themes. Some themes work with the current configuration better than others.
This page contains VSCode Editor screenshots checking the effectiveness of XSLT/XPath syntax highlighting. Using this extension with a selection of the VSCode Theme extensions available.
The recommendations here are based on getting good color separation for adjacent tokens. Please note though that color perception is a very subjective thing and opinions will vary!
