Currently, DevSync provides a clean and data-driven dashboard experience. To improve user interaction and engagement, we can introduce an AI-powered chatbot bubble on the homepage (top-right corner, after the navbar).
Proposed Feature
A floating chat bubble (WhatsApp/Intercom style) will appear on the top-right of the homepage. On click, the bubble expands to a dedicated chatbot screen/page where the user can interact with the bot.
The chatbot should:
Answer user queries about their coding activity, commits, problems solved, and streaks (using available API data). Provide productivity insights in a conversational manner. Offer motivational nudges/reminders (e.g., “🔥 You maintained a 7-day streak, keep it going!”). The chatbot backend can later be enhanced using LLMs / AI APIs (like OpenAI or Gemini).
