Pulling in Marci's changes
Added Orthopedic Surgeon
updates made to error message and appointment desired time
updates to code run that resulted in errors
added providers first names and title. Also updated appointment times to stop at 5 PM.
correction of spelling and grammer
Updated timing to show as time increments.
