[0.4.0] iverilog存在bug #112

linter用iverilog时存在两个问题：
一、无法调用其他文件中的模块，报错"Unknown module type"

二、iverilog部分报错无法被插件显示出来。例如问题一的报错就没有红色波浪线提示。再比如下图，从输出log可以看到iverilog有报错，但没有显示在.v文件中。

可能与 iverilog 版本有关，目前插件支持到 iverilog 11，请修改至该版本尝试一下
