Short description of what this resolves:

Activation of virtual environment is required to create and manage separate environments for your projects. Here activation of virtual environment command is only for MacOS users we need to update it for Windows users as well.

Third step activation of virtual environment of README is for MacOS users and we need to update this for Windows OS users as well. These changes are required to setting up the repository easily for Windows OS users.
