Adds draft-cli (https://github.com/DrBaher/Draft-CLI — fill placeholders in legal-document templates) at the start of the contract-operations pipeline: draft-cli → nda-review-cli → docx2pdf-cli → sign-cli Renames "three-CLI contract suite" → "contract-operations CLI suite" since the suite is now four CLIs.
