This long overdue PR aims to update the GCP guide. Fully tested, it features up-to-date screenshots using an image host that should allow the images still be live in the long run. Some instructions have also been updated as the GCP console UI has been somewhat refreshed.
Several modmailbot references have also been updated (e.g., the example version number to download) as well as software perquisites (like npm).
