Backport version 1.5.20 to 1.20.1

A hastily made backport of the 1.5.20 version of the mod to 1.20.1, would've gone further but couldn't be bothered figuring out how to make spectators invisible properly. Everything that isn't supported in 1.20.1 (like new minecart systems or moonrise compatibility) has been skipped.

Is there any particular reason you backported this? 1.20.1 is more than two years old by now and my interest in it is reasonably low.
The best I would probably do is publish this as a beta / alpha release for anyone that needs it, but that would take some effort to verify your changes are reasonable and I have to get familiar with my old release system again

I backported it because I started a new server on 1.20.1 and saw the current release is very old, decided I wanted to see if I could port everything over. Interest being low is understandable, I've just been trying to backport mods I was using on my 1.21.4 server to 1.20.1 (Ledger, Vanish, etc) so I can moderate better.
