[codex] add hermes studio command namespaces

Summary

• Add explicit hermes-studio cli ... and hermes-studio web ... command namespaces to the desktop shim.
• Keep bare hermes-studio opening the desktop app and add wrapper help for help, -h, and --help.
• Pass the bundled Node runtime and packaged hermes-web-ui script into the shim so web commands run against the desktop runtime paths.
