Repositions the Spend crypto HomeTileCard to appear before the Edgeucation articles section in HomeScene.

• UI (Home screen):
  • Reorders HomeTileCard for spend_crypto in src/components/scenes/HomeScene.tsx:
    • Moved the card (with spendCardGradient and spendCryptoIcon) to appear before the Edgeucation articles section.
    • Removed its previous instance below the articles section.
