This is the data archive for https://arxiv.org/abs/2506.12893 The models, simulation codes, processed data and plot python scripts are all included. Owing to the portability, simulation codes for both all atom and coarse grained models in different conditions are provided instead of raw trajectories. The trajectories are also available under request.
