Release support for ESLint v10

Hello @EmmanuelDemey,

I updated the plugin to make it compatible with ESLint v10 104a066, along with a few other changes:

• Chores, including updating dependencies
  • Except pnpm/action-setup@v4, because v6 currently fails with pnpm 11.12.0 due to an upstream issue Cannot use 'in' operator to search for 'integrity' in undefined pnpm/action-setup#276
• Corrections to README.md and package.json

Can you publish a new version? It's still compatible with ESLint v9 for what it's worth.
