Fixes Mount Miracle's areas being muddled, and unifies their mapgenerator for now under decap.
Spruces up the new templates introduced by #30 with the new Necropolis spawning miscellaneous stuff.
Cleans up the east/west parts of the mountain and changes the areas leading to Hellwatch to be area/seculton, so people going through a portal don't touch a grass tile and instantly get obliterated by a random ambush horde in seconds.
Also, reintroduces Mount Miracle's big hole that everyone loved to ominously peer over. You know, the one with all the lava.
