This draft PR carries the README launch polish stack for review and further iteration. It keeps the top EverOS 1.0.0 launch messaging, reduces the visible highlight table to four stronger points, keeps the Chinese README aligned, and retains the related docs/use-case updates from the current branch.\n\nChecks run locally: git diff --check -- README.md README.zh-CN.md.\n\nLeaving this unmerged so we can continue making additional changes on this PR.
