[Due for payment 2026-08-25] [$250] Onboarding: capture accounting system name when user selects "Other"

Problem

When a user selects Other as their accounting system during onboarding, we don't capture which accounting system they actually use. If a user uses an accounting system that we don't currently support, we have no way of knowing what it is.

Proposed change

When a user selects Other, ask them to provide the name of the accounting system they use (if they use one).

Why

• Helps us understand what unsupported accounting systems our users rely on.
• Lets us track demand for additional accounting integrations and prioritize accordingly.

Looking around in Figma, this seemed to be the most recent version of the accounting screen (but someone please correct me if I'm wrong):

If that's correct, I think we could do something pretty simple and similar to what I think I've seen us do in a different one of these where if you select Other, we expose an input that will let you just type in the name:

Not sure but am happy to make this reflect the most up to date options. This is just what I found in Figma as a starting point to illustrate how we might capture the Other option 👍

I'm mostly calling it out cause I know we're adding it soon and if they're being surfaced here then the Other option might be pushed below a scroll. Don't think that's a big deal though

Yeah I agree, that doesn't feel like an issue to me.

Looks great to me, too! I think we should wait to update this modal with the new integrations once those are actually live. So let's not change anything for now, and I'll post a reminder in #convert to do this so that project leaders don't miss it.
