App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Create a manual expense in the workspace chat with the amount over 100
2. Go to Workspace settings/ More features and enable Rules
3. Open Rules page - Receipt required amount, type 50 and save
4. Open the workspace chat and observe the expense preview

Expected Result:

"Receipt required over $50.00" violation is shown

Actual Result:

"Itemized receipt required over $75.00" violation is shown on the expense preview instead of "Receipt required over $50.00"
