Open a Concierge thread for attachments

Explanation of Change

Attachments sent to Concierge now open their own thread, the same as text queries. A send with several attachments posts one message per attachment, so it stays in the DM.

PROPOSAL:

Tests

1. Enable the conciergeRespondInThread beta for your account.
2. Open the Concierge DM and send a single image, with and without a comment.
3. Verify the attachment opens a thread and Concierge replies inside it.

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

Offline tests

1. Go offline and send an image to Concierge.
2. Verify the optimistic thread opens, then go back online and verify Concierge replies in that thread.

QA Steps

Same as tests.

  • The assets load correctly across all supported platforms.
